    Dr I have been poised by quinlones antibiotics. Do you think following your big 5 strategies I can heal?

    Still no informations on iron overload? Fortification of flour/cereals etc.. with iron and how big problem it is? Much bigger than vaccines etc.. Excess of iron is the main culprit in many cases of all degenerative diseases. Especially in man 50s + and woman in menopuase. We don't need much iron. Iron is important during growth. So kids and pregnant woman needs more iron, but the rest of us need a little. But we have more and more iron in the diet and this iron will stay in us, accumulate overtime and cause oxidative stress. Iron is everywhere. One serving of cereals/cornflakes has around 15mg of iron (in bad and dangerous inorganic form). All flour and flour products are fortified with crazy amounts of iron. Our body can eliminate excess of iron only via bleeding. Btw this is the main reason why woman have less heart attacks, strokes and they live longer overall in comparison with man. They bleeding monthly.. So they can reduce iron stored in the body.. Man can't. But if is person blood donor. Then you can see how pro longevity is this practice. Blood donors have supperior health in all studies on donors vs no donors.. Also lab range is crazy high for ferritin (iron storage protein) All experts agree that healthy ferritin number is under 50..

    Dear Dr. Bergman, your messages are always much appreciated. We can all be healthier. But, as much as you are adamant about teaching us how to be healthy and how to be aware of our body's super capacity for self-repair, it seems that you yourself don't seem to be practicing any of it, at least, in this video, your apple shape seems to indicate that you have metabolic issues including possibly a fatty liver and intestinal issues. Why would you not lead by example by taking care of your own body? No offense.
